They have their own parking lot so that's a plus. They also have plenty of salemen walking the floor so that's another plus. But if you are in your late 20s to 30s there isn't that big of a selection of modern or transitional lighting pieces!!

A store. That sells lamps. And lamp related things. This is a place that exists. I am not positive why it exists. I guess lamps are a necessity. They definitely are in our old house, which has no overhead lighting. But I've always just bought my lamps from places like Target, or maybe a furniture store. And now here we are, planning a wedding, and we want a certain type of lamp. Googled it. Found it on the Lamps Plus website. And here we are. While remodeling our kitchen, we realized we'd need some ceiling-mount fixtures in an area where we were unable to put recessed lighting (stupid ceiling joists!) - and oh by the way, we needed them TODAY because the electrician was returning TOMORROW to install them. This place is awesome-EVERYONE should shop here! They helped me out of a bind when I did not have a vehicle to get over there but needed to complete a job(they even sent 2 of what I needed!!!!!)! They went above and beyond what any other store would ever do-I am so grateful--I will send everyone there and of course shop there myself! These folks know how to get and keep customers -best customer service in my 54 years on this planet!!!!!!!!

I love this place! always have a great selection and everyone is very friendly. They carry lamps... PLUS other random things, like mailboxes or picnic baskets! The stock in-store however was a little on the low side but the saleswoman said it was because it was towards the end of the week and they only get one truck on monday...understandable. So we just ordered the items and it only took a week to arrive...no biggy. Whats even better is they also offer a free one year warranty! Again i love this place, deffinetly give lp ... read more

If you are looking for lighting of any type, shape, or size, this is the place. They have it all. The prices aren't too bad either. They have great sales. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they back off when they need to.

I found a great deal on a close out item with slight damage. The place seems to be running a million miles an hour in multiple different directions at once, but overall I'm happy with the service I received here. I had been looking for a special lamp to replace the one in my office, so I saw Lamps Plus and thought "why not see what they have?" Well, they have a lot. A great spectacle of all that is lit, from table lamps to chandeliers to sconces, etc.. you'll find grand traditional lighting and modern, hip too. We availed ourselves of two uber chic standing lamps for our loft. The service was good and swift. You'll also find a nice array of decorative items, bar stools and even some furniture. Its a fun place to shop an very well lit . (Sorry, I couldn't resist.)

Have to put this out there for others as a buyer beware. Ordered a chandelier that wasn't long enough for our high ceiling dining area. Needed a custom order that would require lamps plus to work with the vendor (Schonbek.) April 14th, placed order. April 30th returned order. May 14 finally heard back from lamps plus on custom order. Took payment by phone. May 25th lamps plus called. Needs a signed PO for custom order. So the order was never placed. June 3rd. Manager calls to ask us to sign the PO to place order. June... read more
