I went in to Lamps Plus for the first time a couple of days ago after living in Denver for over 25 years. I was immediately impressed with the selection and the prices, but then I was helped by Martha who made all of the difference! She took the time to look at pics of my project, showed me many options, and eventually helped me find the perfect chandelier for my home at a price I was absolutely thrilled with. I needed a specific glass lamp shade that my young daughter had accidently broken. Jacqui answered the phone when I called to see if they could help me find a replacement shade. She was so knowledgeable and professional. She immediately knew what lamp I was describing and she let me know that she had a replacement and to come down to the store. Andre is awesome, such a helpful salesman!!!! Bought all of my lamps and fixtures from here, and I'll for sure be back for the rest just because of him. 5/5 recommend, great prices and great quality lights.
Andre, who helped me put together my package of 5 ceiling and wall fixtures for my condo remodel, is an absolute gem. He wasn't concerned about which specific product would give Lamps Plus the biggest profit; he was concerned about what would work best for me. If you need new installed lighting in Denver, go to this store on Colorado Blvd. and ask -- if necessary, wait -- for Andre!
I enjoy stopping by this store and browsing through it. They always have interesting lights and lamps that I have not seen before. Prices are fair - service is always top notch! We have bought many items from this shop!
I was in the Denver area and since I've been looking for a ceiling fan I thought I would pop in here... While they have the world's greatest selection of lighting, their ceiling fan selection was much smaller than, say, Home Depot or Lowe's. They were also way more expensive, but if you're looking for something special, this would probably be the place to get it.
It's this simple. I have been a client here since 2013 and the customer service is as good as it gets. Andre' was amazing and accommodating to all of our needs. He was patient, professional and very knowledgeable. Lisa also helped us with our needs and she was very pleasant and professional. This type of customer service is hard to find these days.
