In a day and age where customer service is severely lacking these guys are amazing. We bought a ceiling light on Sunday finally got the light wired and installed Tuesday and once we unwrapped the light found out a light was broken called them right away they actually pulled a light from the floor model so our light was fully functioning. Lamps Plus is great! I had never been in there and decided to at least take a peak. There are so many options and pricing was reasonable. Patrick is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I want to commend him and thank him. Service like that has been hard to find. I walked out with two great lamps and candle holders for better prices than placing them together from different stores with a 60 day return if I change my mind! Thanks Partic and Lamps Plus.
Better prices than the internet. Great selection, super knowledgeable staff--clearly customer service oriented. How refreshing! Warranty on everything for a year (free) including light bulbs. Martha was a peach!
I Found the Perfect Chandelier! After looking online forever I finally found the perfect light for my dining room at Lamps Plus on Colorado Blvd in Denver... AND the PERFECT mirror, lamp, and figurine! Woo-Hoo! The place was very busy, but the employees went out of their way to let me know they saw me and got to me as soon as they were free. Met up with their lighting consultant, Heather Winner. Wow! Our home looks so updated and fresh now with the new lighting, artwork and furniture. Previously, I only thought they sold lighting. Heather worked with us in her low key manner to help us to make our home look more contemporary, which was our goal. When we asked her opinion on what she thought, if we had trouble choosing things, she would always give it but not in any pushy way. We had a totally opposite experience from the negative reviews I just saw. We took in an old lamp to find a lamp shade. While their selection wasn't as large as I hoped it might be, it was fairly decent, and the quality was definitely much better than shades available at Target, World Market, etc., with prices comparable to such places. They have a terrible selection of lightbulbs and you can't peruse them yourself. They are located behind the checkout area and you have to ask them to get bulbs for you in between people who are checking out. Really weird system. We went in for decorative chandelier bulbs and they didn't have any in daylight 5000K! They only had soft white and mostly off brands and ONLY packs of two bulbs at most (true for all kinds of bulbs not just the ones we were looking for). I went to Lamps Plus to find some options for under counter lighting. The staff here helped me out and showed me some options. They ended up having to look and have some transferred in because the one I selected, of course, out of stock at this location but they searched and found them for me. Thanks !!!
Labor Day weekend I purchased 4 ceiling fans and 3 exterior light fixtures. Andre was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions and complete my purchase in a timely manner. When my electrician installed one of the fans it stopped working after a couple of minutes. I called the store to see what needed to be done and was told to bring the fan in and have it tested.
