Horrible company - I have never been past due with my mortgage payments, but when they transferred my loan, they reported by mistake 3 months past due to my credit report. They have horrible customer service and horrible management and on top of things they ruined my credit due to their own mistake. Starting a Complain to ***
Let me start off by saying before I lost my job in Oct. we were never late on any mortgage payment. I contacted Loancare Servicing to let them know I lost my job and if they could help us with our mortgage because we didn't want to loose our house. They told me to apply for litigation. That is where they determine if they can lower your mortgage. They were kind enough to lower our mortgage by $20. I have had nothing but a hassle since my loan was transferred to Loan Care. Every month they won't let me into their website to pay my bill. They ask me my questions and then tell me they are incorrect. If by some chance they DO accept my answers, the temporary password they send me never works. I tried to make a payment with them over the phone using my bank account and all they want to do is charge me a $12 fee; like it is my fault for not being able to get into their site to pay. I'm beside myself that this company continues to operate. In almost every interaction (phone calls, emails) I've had with LoanCare over the past 2 years, it is blatantly obvious that they are inept and aloof to a level that feels criminal. Like many others report, LoanCare screwed up my escrow account, twice! The first time, someone arbitrarily inflated anticipated taxes due by over 100% from the previous year. TERRIBLE!! Be prepared to be put on hold for at least ONE HOUR every single time you call! I once waited 45 minutes and then had to hang up, so I had to call back and wait for another hour. It should be illegal for a lender to treat customers this way.
Worst experience I've ever had with a company (including ********* They bought my mortgage and I've had nothing but problems. First, they didn't pay my annual Insurance, so the policy was canceled by my insurance company and I had no coverage for 2 weeks until I was notified by the insurance company. I paid it immediately out of pocket and spent months (literally) trying to get refunded out of escrow. Next, I prepaid my 2018 taxes back in 2017 for income tax purposes. This company does little to nothing to help you. They will hound you day and night if you are behind, but when you contact them to get things right, they refuse to work with you and demand full payment or nothing.

Loan Care, LLC ruin consumer's life and credit. I got a letter of NOTICE OF SERVICING TRANSFER from my current mortgage holder ***** *****to LoanCare LLC effective June 1, 2018.
