Recommended by neighbor. Received quick estimate, contacted my insurance company and Lon Smith worked with my insurance to determine my cost for work to be done. Scheduled date for repairs that were done in one day for the roof. Gutters were replaced a few days later, with skylights replaced a few days later. Easily!!!! Trent provided the estimate of work, I was contacted for when the work would start, kept informed throughout the process, when the work was completed was give a checkpoint sheet to see that we agreed on all the items we agreed to have performed. This was such a smooth process and every person I dealt with is professional. The work process is efficient, timely, and well managed. What a wonderful experience. <br />

Personnel contacted were all courteous and professional. They were all responsive to my requests and appeared eager to please.The work was performed in a very neat and professional manner as was clean-up. Efforts were made to minimize homeowner inconvenience due to additional vehicles and materials on and near the property. <br /> Communication was good but could have been better with more timely information about when the work would begin. All email and phone calls were promptly answered. <br />

The inspector showed up on time, explained what she thought needed to be done, and printed out an estimate on the spot. When we had questions later, she was very friendly and accessible. The workers were able to come within a week of us turning in our contract. The work was complete by afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. The roof looks great! The matching vents also look much better than what we had prior to this. We are pleased with the job they did. <br />

We recently experienced interior damage from straight-line rains through exterior flashing areas. Lon Smith Roofing sealed several roof flashings including those surrounding the chimney. Over the past several decades this company replaced the entire rood. We appreciate the professionalism of the entire staff. The scheduler promptly assigned all appointments. Company personnel were very professional. Sandy (salesperson) was very knowledgeable, climbed on the roof and assessed the problem areas, explained in written detail what the job entailed, wrote up a reasonable estimate and advised that I would be contacted at a later time to set up the repair appointment. <br /> An appointment was scheduled. Took a while to get final bid but once scheduled, the entire roof was replaced in one day. <br /> Roof work done was excellent in quality with minimal disruption to my normal daily activities and from start to finish including cleanup every phase of the project was done to my satisfaction. The estimator got the deal setup quickly and the roofing crew and inspectors were easy to work with and very professional.
