it was my first time trying it and I loved the mix of combibation and ingredients. Service was amazing I can say I picked the right time to go . I 'm going back and try the bowls , definitely next time

It's frustrating that some Korean developers interpret this great item only in a Korean way. In the U.S., a hamburger is both a snack and a full meal -- you need to make it hearty, fill it with generous ingredients, and size it up to truly compete in the American burger market. I hope they take advantage of the K-culture trend and create something that can really stand out.

I stopped in on a Friday around 2pm and there wasn't really much wait, probably around 10min between ordering and receiving food. Service was polite and the tables were clean! I got the shrimp burger combo with the onion shake it fries, both of which were yummy. I love that I can finally get this style of shrimp burger in the U.S., I haven't seen them outside of Asia. Will definitely be back to try the rice burger and the bulgogi and shrimp burger.

Nice clean location, decided to pick up a quick snack for the kids before practice tonight. Got a bulgogi deluxe burger which was amazing , shrimp burger that was ok as too greasy and fries that were really nice and crispy. The service was good but would only come back for the bulgogi deluxe burger.

I just try the food today , I'm honest always I read always the reviews but I always I try the food and the place in my own experience , first the place very clean and I order my food and Evelyn the girl in the front counter give me exlent service more then 5 star deserves and I try the food it's was so good I order number 1 . 5 star for the service and food if I can I give more than 5 star

Giving a four because i know they just open. I wanna help them cause i love lotteria a lot. But the hamburgers are just okay. Chicken pieces were too dry and honestly, most were flour. Food selection is also too little. Portion is also small. I do like the shrimp burgers tho.

Now that there aren't long waits, my review still stays somewhat the same. I got the bulgogi deluxe and it was still delicious along with the shaved ice drink! I don't need to get shaved ice from a cafe, I'll buy Lotteria's since it's so much value for better price! I still love their shake it fries today. Whenever I get to bulgogi burger it comes out juicy and right amount of sauce. I just hope they add a lot of items like they do in Korea!

I decided to try out this place after the hype started to slow down. I came here around 6:40pm on a Tuesday which was the best time to go on a weekday. There were only two cars ahead in the drive thru, my boyfriend and i ordered the bibim rice burger, shrimp burger combo + onion seasoning fry. Never had Lotteria before so wanted to check it out. Ordered the bulgogi and shrimp burger, bibim burger, kbbq fries, and k-sweet and spicy chicken fries. Bulgogi and shrimp burger were great, would get again. Meat was juicy and tender, and the shrimp patty was crispy and seasoned nicely.
