The sweet and savory bulgogi sauce, the juicy patty, and the soft bun all came together perfectly. I like their korean style bulgogi burger. My daughter love prefer their shrimp burger and fries I wonder how their fries so crispy

My previous review was solely based on wait time. Now that I tried it, I am updating my review based on food and experience. Decided to get their shrimp burger and bibimbap burger. Initially, I thought it was a bit pricey but after having tried it, I would say it's worth the price because of its large portion. Food came out pretty quickly and was very impressed by the speed. Lotteria sounded pretty solid but when you get there, the available food choices are limited. I got the shrimp and bulgogi one, but shrimp tasted better. Lines are not packed anymore, and you can order within 5-10 minutes

Got the Shrimp Burger and the Fries with Cheese Powder. Would give the shrimp burger a 3.5/5. It's a good burger but had no wow factor that would convince me to be happy with how much it cost. The fries with cheese powder was great! Reminded me of potato corner at the mall. Service was great for me! The cashier was really sweet and always smiled. I went this past Wednesday night. 4/5 rating for service. Ambiance was a low 2.5/5 mainly for the front cleanliness and restroom cleanliness.

I had to wait until the hype died down a bit to even attempt this place. The lines were HOURS long up to a month after opening, and I guess people learned what Koreans in South Korea already knew: this place is no different than any burger joint we already have here in SoCal. Now, I do admit their Shrimp Burger was tasty, but the two times I have been here the actual bun had been cold. The Lotteria shrimp burger is having a crispy, firm breaded shrimp patty and a tasty sauce, often compared to a mix of tartar and Thousand Island dressing with a good texture. Great food!!

I've been told this is the Korean version of a McDonald's for fast food and they're not wrong. This place was packed on a Sunday at 10:3o am and the only location. Location: On Orangethorpe and Harbor Blvd and sharing the same lot as other stores in a large shopping center. Parking is shared so beware you might have to walk. I recently visited the newly opened Lotteria in the U.S., and it was definitely better than when I tried it right after opening. The Shrimp Burger was especially satisfying. The vegetables felt fresher and more plentiful, and the bun seemed a bit larger, which made the overall bite more enjoyable. The shrimp flavor was stronger too, which I really liked. The shrimp burger is crispy, mildly savory, and has real pieces of shrimp in the patty. The creamy sauce pairs well and keeps it from feeling dry. Sometimes the bun-to-patty ratio feels a bit off, and seasoning can vary, but overall it's a unique and tasty fast-food option that's worth trying at least once.
