I returned here during the week and its gotten much better since their grand opening a few months ago. Missing were the long lines in both the dining room and drive thru. I was fortunate to find out they still had available that day there were still Bibim burgers available. After a long day in Disneyland, my family and I were deciding dinner but also wanted to try something new. Since we were in the area, we decided to give this place a try! Felt like I was in line for a Disneyland ride because we did not anticipate the long line in the drive thru BUT I understand they just opened their first ever restaurant in the US (woohoo!). I was driving by and decided to try Lotteria on a whim. I was pleasantly surprised. The bulgogi burger was full of flavor, with the sauce perfectly balanced and proportioned. I also appreciated how fresh and crunchy the lettuce was. They carry Pepsi beverages and their fries are solid. I like how you can control how much flavoring you want to add. My favorite is shrimp burger, I hope they make burgers not too sweet and please get rid of the seasonings for the fries. They make the fries taste worse. I wish this business stay longer as a Korean. Fighting!!!!

Really was hoping to be blown away by the food but I might of had too high of an expectation. The bibim rice burger was good but it could had been better if the yolk on the fried egg was runny and the patty wasn't overly seasoned while the rice "buns" needed a bit more flavor. The fries had a unique sweetness from the onion seasoning. The k-sweet and spicy chicken bowl was good but a little dry. Thought the presentation and the decor of the food and restaurant were nice and clean. The service was welcoming and friendly.

We bought a combo and a shrimp burger and well let's just say that the fry bag was almost at the bottom not even half full and my shrimp burger didn't have any shrimp within the patty it was like I was eating a chicken patty. The beef burger was really good per my husband and I tried a small piece and the flavors were really good. The person at the window was like here's your food and go type of way which was odd. Our drive-thru wait was about 30 minutes! We stopped by after a workout class on a weekend, and were starving! Food was generally good, but didn't quite hit the spot. We got a bulgogi burger and a shrimp burger. I felt that the bulgogi burger was too much on the sweeter saucy side, which I couldn't love. **If you are ordering using drive-thru** Make sure to double check you got everything you ordered. They forgot a burger and fries, and I needed to go back to the restaurant. Food: 4/5. Actually like the food itself. Still on the pricey side, compare to what's actually served and other fastfood places Service: 2/5. As explained in the beginning. No apology btw. Went on a wed early dinner with no wait and no lines. The food was flavorful. We shared the bulgogi burger and the shrimp burger. My kid liked the chicken "nuggets", they were very crispy and the order was decent sized. He left a few pieces where as an 8 piece Chick-fil-A nugget would be gone in a second.
