To be fair my experience was probably a 3.5 , came here and since I had to charge my Tesla this location was a plus! Walking in, I went directly to the restroom. There was a combo code and somebody from staff just told me the code right away which I thought was nice. The restaurant in general was very clean. The food was amazing 10/10 all around. I had the bulgogi and both variations of the fries. Funny enough. If you have the chance definitely check it out! This is the best place I tried so yummy, the most delicious smash burger in town. Impeccable service, ambience is quite very humble and welcoming atmosphere.

shrimp burger is so delicious! The fries are crispy. Best burgers in Fullerton!. This place never lets us down rain or shine. Everything on the menu is amazing.

The sweet and savory bulgogi sauce, the juicy patty, and the soft bun all came together perfectly. I like their korean style bulgogi burger. My daughter love prefer their shrimp burger and fries I wonder how their fries so crispy

My previous review was solely based on wait time. Now that I tried it, I am updating my review based on food and experience. Decided to get their shrimp burger and bibimbap burger. Initially, I thought it was a bit pricey but after having tried it, I would say it's worth the price because of its large portion. Food came out pretty quickly and was very impressed by the speed. Lotteria sounded pretty solid but when you get there, the available food choices are limited. I got the shrimp and bulgogi one, but shrimp tasted better. Lines are not packed anymore, and you can order within 5-10 minutes

Got the Shrimp Burger and the Fries with Cheese Powder. Would give the shrimp burger a 3.5/5. It's a good burger but had no wow factor that would convince me to be happy with how much it cost. The fries with cheese powder was great! Reminded me of potato corner at the mall. Service was great for me! The cashier was really sweet and always smiled. I went this past Wednesday night. 4/5 rating for service. Ambiance was a low 2.5/5 mainly for the front cleanliness and restroom cleanliness.

I had to wait until the hype died down a bit to even attempt this place. The lines were HOURS long up to a month after opening, and I guess people learned what Koreans in South Korea already knew: this place is no different than any burger joint we already have here in SoCal. Now, I do admit their Shrimp Burger was tasty, but the two times I have been here the actual bun had been cold. The Lotteria shrimp burger is having a crispy, firm breaded shrimp patty and a tasty sauce, often compared to a mix of tartar and Thousand Island dressing with a good texture. Great food!!
