Great mini meal! It was a rainy day and I hadn't eaten here in a while. Ordered the shake it chicken and fries with a Pepsi. The cheese flavor was very tasty and complimented my food. Fries were a great size! I do wish the chicken had at least 1 or 2 more pieces. I'm glad that the chicken had plenty of meat and wasn't just breading! The service was 10/10 as always. Today it was raining a LOT, and my dad and I needed lunch. I know Lotteria as the "Korean McDonalds" but never tried it. Today we decided to try it. I got the deluxe bulgogi burger combo, and my dad got the shrimp burger. The burger was better than I expected, and the familiar taste of bulgogi only made it better. I really liked it! I got the bulgogi burger. It has the bulgogi beef patty, lettuce, onion, mayo, bulgogi sauce and toasted sesame buns. I was satisfied with the taste, it tasted exactly how I thought it would. Service was fine. I got the food within 5 minutes. Ambiance was alright. It was clean and well-lit.

I waited to finally review this place because I hold places who people claim to be the "next In-N-Out" to a high standard. So, I visited once to take in the experience, then started going routinely as if this were like my favorite fast food restaurant, and to be honest. It's decent. This place is just alright. I ain't inside and it's convenient since you can just order on tablets. I feel like if you are a fan of bulgogi (korean style marinated beef) you would enjoy the food here. Service is nice and friendly and the inside is clean so that's good. The fries were my favorite thing here I got the bulgogi deluxe combo and the burger was pretty forgettable but they give you seasoning packets for the fries (you can choose between cheese and onion) and that was good.

I don't know why the rating is so low, so I decided to give it a five. I really enjoy their bulgogi burger, shrimp burger, and sweet&spicy fries (honestly better the bb.q chicken's sauce). I am just glad that I can buy Korean burger in the US, and because of that I wouldn't complain about the price either. I missed bulgogi burger for a long time and now I visit Lotteria whenever I'm in Fullerton.

Heard a lot about this restaurant on social media and an average of 2 to 3 hours of wait time, so waited. Decided to give them a try today. At 11:30 AM the restaurant was completely empty and no cars on drive-through. In speaking with the employee she mentioned they were very busy when they opened now they're super slow.
