Tried Lotteria and really enjoyed it! I had the bulgogi burger with shake cheese fries, everything was delicious. The burger had great flavor, and the grilled onions added a nice touch. The shake and cheese fries were also really good and hit the spot. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. The drive-thru still had a bit of a line, but dining in had no wait, which was perfect. Overall, a great experience , I'll definitely be coming back!

decided to try this place out after seeing a lot of hype about it online. it is located in a busy plaza and the drive thru line was pretty busy for lunch time on a weekday. i decided to get the bulgogi burger combo, which was a little too sweet for my liking. it tends to get crowded inside is seating may be hard to find. overall, it was a decent experience to try, but probably will not come back again.

Finally decided to give this place a try to see if it's the same taste as Korea. My wife said the burgers we had in Korea tasted better. Took advantage of the holiday to drive out here and luckily didn't have to wait to order. I felt like there was little interaction with the cashier. Ordered with friends. Got the bulgolgi burger, cup bingsu and shake it chicken. Food was okay for the price. They forgot the shake it packets for both the onions and fries. Stinks since the chicken costs around $5 and without the packet it's average.

We were in the drive through, which moved smoothly as there was a live order taker with a mobile unit. They just opened, and workers are new, so they might not have tried all the menu items. (Just a side note when asking for recommendations.) Hot tip: if dining in, avoid parking in the stalls directly along the drive through line. We loved our experience at Lotteria! We ordered the shaken fries (one cheese and one onion), rice burger, shrimp burger, and bulgolgi shrimp burger. We loooooooooved the shrimp burger! It was so tasty and had yummy sauce. The rice burger was really good too!
