I tried double bulgogi burger and shrimp burger. They were so delicious and amazing. If you want to try K-Food, you should try each of them.

The double Bulgogi burger was amazing. The burger is bigger than in Korea and the taste is same. 추천!

I made my second visit yeaterday... double shrimp burger again! The shrimp patties are thick, juicy, bouncy, and crunchy when you bite in. The lettuce is super fresh, crisp, and generously packed (which you don't always expect from fast food). It balanced the richness perfectly and made the whole burger feel fresh and refreshing. Seriously so good. Bingsu is my next favorite!! I liked that they had shaded outdoor seating, which makes it a great spot to eat outside even in the summer.

Business response:

Hi, Sue. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!

Business response:

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us. While we are glad you had a chance to visit, we sincerely apologize that our flavors did not fully capture the authentic Korean essence you were expecting. We take your comments regarding the flavor profile and the preparation of our ingredients very seriously. Specifically, your opinion about the lettuce and its impact on the sandwich's balance is very helpful. Please be assured that we have shared this with our culinary team to refine our prep standards and ensure a more ... read more

I recently revisited Lottery, and guess what? They listened to my feedback! I had written that their food was amazing, but the restaurant's A/C was too high to enjoy the experience. Well, my husband and I were just there and we noticed the temperature inside the restaurant was perfect! So much so that we stayed a little longer and I ordered more food. I also want to thank the Business manager for his quick reply to my feedback. Wow, what a great company! That's what I call great customer service. I highly recommend this p... read more

Business response:

Thank you for your honesty about your experience at LOTTERIA Fullerton. We understand how frustrating it must be to have amazing food but not be able to enjoy it comfortably because of the cold temperature. You're absolutely right that the air conditioning being too high affects both your comfort and how quickly the food cools down. We'll definitely look into adjusting the temperature to create a more enjoyable dining environment. We hope to welcome you back soon for a much more comfortable experience.
