Giving a four because i know they just open. I wanna help them cause i love lotteria a lot. But the hamburgers are just okay. Chicken pieces were too dry and honestly, most were flour. Food selection is also too little. Portion is also small. I do like the shrimp burgers tho.

Now that there aren't long waits, my review still stays somewhat the same. I got the bulgogi deluxe and it was still delicious along with the shaved ice drink! I don't need to get shaved ice from a cafe, I'll buy Lotteria's since it's so much value for better price! I still love their shake it fries today. Whenever I get to bulgogi burger it comes out juicy and right amount of sauce. I just hope they add a lot of items like they do in Korea!

I decided to try out this place after the hype started to slow down. I came here around 6:40pm on a Tuesday which was the best time to go on a weekday. There were only two cars ahead in the drive thru, my boyfriend and i ordered the bibim rice burger, shrimp burger combo + onion seasoning fry. Never had Lotteria before so wanted to check it out. Ordered the bulgogi and shrimp burger, bibim burger, kbbq fries, and k-sweet and spicy chicken fries. Bulgogi and shrimp burger were great, would get again. Meat was juicy and tender, and the shrimp patty was crispy and seasoned nicely. Tried Lotteria and really enjoyed it! I had the bulgogi burger with shake cheese fries, everything was delicious. The burger had great flavor, and the grilled onions added a nice touch. The shake and cheese fries were also really good and hit the spot. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. The drive-thru still had a bit of a line, but dining in had no wait, which was perfect. Overall, a great experience , I'll definitely be coming back!

decided to try this place out after seeing a lot of hype about it online. it is located in a busy plaza and the drive thru line was pretty busy for lunch time on a weekday. i decided to get the bulgogi burger combo, which was a little too sweet for my liking. it tends to get crowded inside is seating may be hard to find. overall, it was a decent experience to try, but probably will not come back again.

Finally decided to give this place a try to see if it's the same taste as Korea. My wife said the burgers we had in Korea tasted better. Took advantage of the holiday to drive out here and luckily didn't have to wait to order. I felt like there was little interaction with the cashier. Ordered with friends. Got the bulgolgi burger, cup bingsu and shake it chicken. Food was okay for the price. They forgot the shake it packets for both the onions and fries. Stinks since the chicken costs around $5 and without the packet it's average.
