It's nice to easily get an appt at short notice, and it's a good deal for hair color. staff is mixed, some are attentive, and some have really rough hands at the shampoo. WORST is they've changed to HORRIBLE microfiber towels, which feel like fingernails on blackboard, shudderingly repellent to the hands and face. Bring back the normal, cotton, terry cloth towels! (I'm seriously considering finding a stylist...)

First time customer. Every aspect of my afternoon with Madison Reed was exceptionally positive. The staff couldn't have been more cordial. The advice from the consultation (root touch up) was spot on. The woman applying the color did a super job. She mentioned she may move to New York in a year's time. I hope she remains here, I say selfishly. The wash and blow dry was perfection. My hair really looks good. What could they improve upon? If they also did cutting and styling, I'd move in! 100%
