Had a great experience with the service and facility. It was my first visit with Madison Reed after been letting my hair go grey for a year. Esmeralda did a great job help matching the color to my natural tone. She did a great job covering the grey and I plan to go back for the balayage highlights next month.

Fabulous color matching in the Hayes salon even with a poor employee who was just opening the doors as I rushed him with coloring questions for my blond highlights. The color box/kit contains more than I thought and is 100% recyclable! Wow!

This was truly a wonderful experience! I got there on time and was seen right away. The appt moved like clockwork. My hair was all messed up from some crazy-a$$ highlights that I got from my regular (well, no more) stylist, who also BTW didn't color the gray during the same appointment....who does that? Esmeralda took me under her care and made it right and so much more. We took the color down by a few to make my hair lighter, we added a glaze, and then had a blow out. They were the best!! Sarah and Josh did a wonderful job in making me comfortable and doing a root touch gloss and blow dry. It had been 9 months since I visited a salon and the experience was beyond perfect. Will be returning again soon for a balayage.

I had a great experience during my first Madison Reed visit. My colorist, Andrea, picked a pretty color for me and was very informative about their products and services. Dorian, the shampoo and stylist, was very gentle with my hair and even massaged my scalp. He did a great job gently blow drying and styling my hair with a fabulous finish. I felt like I was in one of those hair commercials, swinging my hair afterwards. Lol! Everyone knew the products well and were pleasant. I love their salon layout - spacious and clean.
