really beautiful hair color and gloss. love how organized this place is. i'm so tired of having inconsistent results with colorist because they don't take notes, winging it with the chaos of blow dryers, bleach, ammonia surrounding me. i spend so much money on hair color and without fail it's never the same. I had my first Madison Reed experience a month ago! I've never had a salon/coloring experience like that where you're literally at a color bar, it felt like I was at a coffee shop and I could honestly be checking emails/working while pampering myself. My colorist was so sweet her name was Esmeralda. She was very happy to be working there so that's always good to see a happy employee! I found this place through a Yelp Elite Event, and I'm so glad I did! I loved the place the moment I entered. Of course its set up really well, (their restroom smells glorious by the way, I could totally just spend an hour in there doing nothing!), and with a nice color scheme too. I had the pleasure of having Esmeralda do my roots + gloss + blowout. The process took about an hour for everything. My roots are a natural black, and she discussed how the hair dye is made with natural ingredients, so it wouldn't be a dramatic change. She did however help me tone out some brassiness that was in my hair with the gloss, which I was excited about. I believe the colors she used were crema and prosecco. Learned about Madison Reed thru an Yelp Elite event and thank the Lord I signed up. This is prob the best thing that happened to my life (hair life) I would like to thank Allison and Sarah for reviving my dead hair due to 12-hr session of bleaching. The products they use are definitely more hair friendly compared to what my former hairstylist used. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely go back.

Motivated by a $20 new client discount offer I saw on Next Door and having used a Madison Reed product before since they are Cruelty-Free - No Animal Testing which is the only kind of cosmetics or hair products I will use, I went in for a color and gloss. I went to this place for roots, gloss & blow dry. It was an amazing experience. Allison was great, she explained about colors, the brand & the treatments they offered. She answered all the questions I had. I was super happy with the outcome, my hair looked pretty & so soft. The already existing highlights had a new shine & roots all colored. I would highly recommend this place.

I came here on Saturday for a gloss and a blowout. The place is cute and a good location, lots of open space. The receptionist was very nice, offering me water and tea. Very annoying video on the screen that just replayed over and over the whole time though. I would have rather watched the news or a TV show or literally anything but the same 30 second video replaying for the 2 hours I was there.
