I've been going here for almost a year for hair coloring and it is the best thing I ever did for myself. The staff is knowledgable about color choices for my hair and there are permanent or semi permanent choices, highlights, blowouts and products to protect my hair. My hair is healthier now than when I was dying it myself. I chose a membership and I can have my roots done whenever I want as many times as I want at no charge. Overall, choosing Madison Reed was the best thing I did for myself!

I've been coloring my hair for the past few years here at Madison Reed, and after a recent overseas trip, I decided to switch things up, changing the undertone and going lighter with some bleach. It's nice to easily get an appt at short notice, and it's a good deal for hair color. staff is mixed, some are attentive, and some have really rough hands at the shampoo. WORST is they've changed to HORRIBLE microfiber towels, which feel like fingernails on blackboard, shudderingly repellent to the hands and face. Bring back the normal, cotton, terry cloth towels! (I'm seriously considering finding a stylist...)
