5 stars without a doubt! Everyone at this location is super helpful, talented and kind. It's so convenient to be able to pop in for a root or entire head touch up, have the option for a blowout OR do it yourself since they have a station to blow dry. I typically bring my own product or you can use theirs.

This was my first time at this location, and I was a little nervous due to poor recent reviews. The team was welcoming, very prompt and I was delighted with the color. Riley did a thorough and careful job. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality work and good value.

This is a review for Briana - who works with Marlon. I have had several Brazilian blowout's before, but none have been as successful (ALL of my hair is smooth and dries quickly). This was my first visit to Marlon and I saw Briana because he trained her and he was out sick. I have extremely thick, course and curly hair, and most brazilian's help, but until now they've never left my hair completely smooth from under my hairline all the way through my ends. Madison reed hair color is definitely the best. And having someone else do it is better than doing it yourself. But I have to agree with one reviewer who says they have average customer service. It's very very average. There's one very friendly guy (who talks way too much and it was distracting, but at least he was nice and he's not the problem at all) but the rest are just there passing time. Love to treat myself to this place for a my hair dying. I tried doing it at home, but the monthly sign up is so affordable and who doesn't like to be pampered. They do a great job, they talk you through everything and its just a fun atmosphere. You can't go wrong giving them a try!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I originally bought 5.5N, it was a littler lighter than expected, was able to step up a color after talking to the stylist.
