Madison Reed is located in the Woodlands in a beautiful store front. Upon entering, the salon is very nice, but the cash register is tucked away in a small corner that doesn't feel very inviting. A need for a self check in would be great. The staff was very helpful, and my colorist was extremely kind--despite being pregnant, she was full of energy. Love this program! it makes fighting grays so easy. the staff at the Woodland's shop are friendly and helpful to everyone that walks through the door. I arrived really early for my appointment, and they made room for me immediately!

I took me and my daughter here before we went to vacation to Hawaii. We both got our hair done. The stylist were great. They did a great job and I really liked how everything turned out for the price.

My hair looks fantastic. Sydney did a great job. Scheduling with the front desk was not the best experience as they scheduled me and I was not aware- there was no confirmation and no reminder. The no show fee was $107.

The current manager, Stephanie, is amazing. She took great care in helping correct an issue. She handles her staff well. I couldn't be happier with how Stephanie handled a "miscommunication." She educates her staff to handle situations that are a bit challenging for some. I would highly recommend, either Stephanie or her Assistant Managers. My colorist and hair were both fabulous! However, my rating is only a 4 because the person who shampooed my hair exclaimed with a negative tone that my hair was so thick. It was thicker than the other customers who were there these day, but I'm African American, so I didn't think her loud announcement was respectful.
