I normally don't leave reviews good or bad but I was disappointed today when I went for a root touch up, gloss and blow out. First, let me say MR products are excellent and I use them on a regular basis at home. The colorist was stuck in traffic from school no big deal so the colorist who checked me in colored my hair which I had no problem with. She finished and said okay you will be done in 40 minutes. If u want color other than teal bleaching this is the place. I had a good experience, my hair looks great . I always wanted some low lights and am happy with my hair for now. The price well its a bit high, the lady who did my color was great at washing my hair it was awesome. The lady who curled my hair was a little rough did not enjoy it at all. But she did a great job with curling the hair. Thanks

The overall concept of the services is fantastic and while it took two tries to get my hair where I wanted it, I was happy with the resulting color, the customer service to get my concerns resolved, and the manager who did the correction was excellent! Additionally, the manager educated me on what to ask for next time and how to maintain my color! Will be coming back!

I love the color that I have on my hair. I kept the same color but got a slightly darker gloss. It looks great! The hair techs are friendly and helpful. It was a good experience. Definitely recommend it!

Kaitlan is awesome!!! She's very pleasant and does a fabulous color! I have the Limitless Pro+ membership and can go as often as I like for root touch ups for no additional charge. I'm there every other week and it's great.

Having a membership for root touch- ups is an amazing concept. The app is super easy to make your appointments and I can go as many times as I need each month. Every colorist does a great job so it doesn't matter who you get. All of the staff is welcoming and professional. Extra bonus is getting a relaxing shampoo. You have a choice to dry your own hair with all the products and styling equipment you need or a stylist can do it for you. Either way, you leave feeling beautiful

I had never heard of the hair coloring chain that offers a monthly membership until recently. The concept is great, pay a fair price to have your gray roots touched up, or experiment with a natural color by a professional. Either way, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The setup is great with chairs lined up next to each other and across from each other divided by a "color bar" where your colorist mixes the colors in front of you in preparation.
