Best at-home hair dye! It's a higher price for a box of hair dye than you'll pay at the beauty supply store, but the product is totally worth it. The dye leaves my hair feeling healthy. It never damages hair. The color matching system online and help from staff in-store are always spot on. I am a repeat customer and always recommend.

Tried out this location for the first time. Made an appointment and arrived on time. I was welcomed by the worker and led to a chair. Had a quick discussion of what I wanted and what her suggestions were. Was asked if I wanted something to drink which was very nice. The color application was very quick and not as detailed as other services. It was pretty even and timing for since was good. Didn't see the wash basin and chair being cleaned in between clients. I needed an appt. desperately, so I really liked the ability to make an appt. the night before with no waiting when I got there. The colorist spent about 10 min. with me asking me about what I wanted in a hair color. I liked that she had a variety of selections I could see on her iPad. Became a member of Madison Reed for root coverage and or all over color when needed on a monthly basis . Option to do blow out/style . Unfortunately, they do not cut hair .

Lots of ladies in the studio today inspite of the rain. Alexus was supposed to do my color but Liz ended up being my colorist. We had a very nice conversation.
