I visited this salon for the first time today. Mari listened to what I wanted and gave me a nice cut and blow dry. Reasonable $ for what was long hair to shoulder length. I'm thinking about her recommendation for coloring the grey. I'll be back!

I read many of the reviews here and was a little hesitant to try this place out. I went yesterday and had Patrick color my hair. He was VERY professional, this place is clean! He did the consult and we chose the best color for my hair. I got a root touch up with the extra gloss. Hair processed then I had it washed (I did not get her name), she did a thorough job and took her time. I also added on the gloss mask (can't get enough shine). Service was poor; I went here 3 times and all three times service was bad; the colorist was 20 min late and rude. And another time covered my entire forehead with color and kept chatting with another client, not paying attention to coloring my hair. I go to Redondo Madison Reed now and get much better service there.

Great service from Alexus and Mary Jo, BUT CORPORATE - please fix the store check in that hasn't worked in months now. Also, Christmas music before Thanksgiving, really? Why rush things? I think the wash basin clogged drain may have been fixed. Maybe. Ok, bye.

CORPORATE - giving you ONE star. Check in display at the shop not working. Wash basin near the wall had a clogged drain for over SIX weeks. What are you waiting for? The place is always busy when I'm there so there's no excuse. Colorist was running 15 mins behind schedule. How does that happen? Assistant did a great job washing my hair. 19th visit - had a wonderful color by Shawnee and hair washed by Mary Jo. Excellent service. CORPORATE - stars marked down because the wash basin by the wall still doesn't drain properly. The plumber sent said that he needed to order a part and would have to disassemble all wash basins to fix the clog. Please schedule this service AFTER HOURS because this location is very busy!!! Colorist - Shawneshia was awesome. Assistant - Mary Jo was awesome. CORPORATE- washing basin by the wall the drain clogs. Second wash basin from the wall, the nozzle is broken so it can't be used. Not happy with Madison Reed at all! The total bill for my daughter's service yesterday was $ 275. The appointment took almost 5 hours (it was supposed to be 3 hours) so by the time she was finally done, I paid the bill and left without getting the 20% first time customer discount I called today and spoke to customer service they said I would only get $25 in credit towards the next service. the associate was very rude when I wanted to exchange the item that I bought in the morning with my 25% off , when I asked her to honor the coupon, she said I cannot give you free money that was so rude of her and I am sorry that I didn't catch her name I was there July 3rd at 4:30 pm
