CORPORATE - giving you ONE star. Check in display at the shop not working. Wash basin near the wall had a clogged drain for over SIX weeks. What are you waiting for? The place is always busy when I'm there so there's no excuse. Colorist was running 15 mins behind schedule. How does that happen? Assistant did a great job washing my hair. 19th visit - had a wonderful color by Shawnee and hair washed by Mary Jo. Excellent service. CORPORATE - stars marked down because the wash basin by the wall still doesn't drain properly. The plumber sent said that he needed to order a part and would have to disassemble all wash basins to fix the clog. Please schedule this service AFTER HOURS because this location is very busy!!! Colorist - Shawneshia was awesome. Assistant - Mary Jo was awesome. CORPORATE- washing basin by the wall the drain clogs. Second wash basin from the wall, the nozzle is broken so it can't be used. Please help this very busy shop with service!!! One star off because of this. I am a member and notice these things all the time. Please help. Ok, bye.

Not happy with Madison Reed at all! The total bill for my daughter's service yesterday was $ 275. The appointment took almost 5 hours (it was supposed to be 3 hours) so by the time she was finally done, I paid the bill and left without getting the 20% first time customer discount I called today and spoke to customer service they said I would only get $25 in credit towards the next service. the associate was very rude when I wanted to exchange the item that I bought in the morning with my 25% off , when I asked her to honor the coupon, she said I cannot give you free money that was so rude of her and I am sorry that I didn't catch her name I was there July 3rd at 4:30 pm

I recently came in for my roots service and the lady only covered 1" of my roots. I usually come in when there's 1.5"-2" of growth and have never had this issue. This time however I didn't notice until I got home but she didn't cover all of my roots so I have patches of greys throughout. She seemed to be having a bad day and giving attitude to everyone. Hopefully she doesn't have these days often.

Every time I go I seem to get a new person. The last two times I had a gal that was careless and unprofessional. She not only completely messed up my highlights but then hid from me after it was done! She had another person finish washing my hair and when I told him my hair was yellow orange, he said ok we can fix it but I had to leave!!! I was already there 2 hours! Will not come back to this location. I had stains all over my hairline, neck and face. The stylist did not bother to apply protective gel and was rough to slap the dye on. The shampooing person splashed water all over my face and lightly washed my hair. There were still so much dye after I got home. The staff just did not seem to care.

I have been to this location multiple times and I thought it couldn't get any worse until the other day.
