I recently came in for my roots service and the lady only covered 1" of my roots. I usually come in when there's 1.5"-2" of growth and have never had this issue. This time however I didn't notice until I got home but she didn't cover all of my roots so I have patches of greys throughout. She seemed to be having a bad day and giving attitude to everyone. Hopefully she doesn't have these days often.

Every time I go I seem to get a new person. The last two times I had a gal that was careless and unprofessional. She not only completely messed up my highlights but then hid from me after it was done! She had another person finish washing my hair and when I told him my hair was yellow orange, he said ok we can fix it but I had to leave!!! I was already there 2 hours! Will not come back to this location. I had stains all over my hairline, neck and face. The stylist did not bother to apply protective gel and was rough to slap the dye on. The shampooing person splashed water all over my face and lightly washed my hair. There were still so much dye after I got home. The staff just did not seem to care.

I have been to this location multiple times and I thought it couldn't get any worse until the other day. The service is excellent, the girls are very friendly, the salon is clean but the result that I expected in the new color of my hair was not to my liking. I asked for a complete color change and I am left with different colors. Now I am embarrassed bring my hair down. I had no problem paying whatever price it would be if my hair had a uniform color, nor would I argue that the quality of their products is good but it was not what I expected

The only good thing that came out of my appointment was the color. I asked for a balayage and got full highlights. There's no mirrors, so I couldn't see what was being done! Not only that, it took the colorist an hour and a half to weave them. I was at the salon for almost FOUR HOURS! Very, very disappointed! Don't think I'll be retuning to this location.

This review is about my experience yesterday at your crenshaw location. It was my second time for root touch up with gloss. My appointment was at 12:45 pm and I checked out at 2:30 pm. I was only there for touch up with no blowout and no styling. My initial appointment was a breeze. I was offered a drink and I was in and out. I liked that it was convenient and gets the job done. Do not waste your time here unless you want basic touch ups and basic work at inflated rates. My fiancée booked an appointment to get highlights and get her base bleached. (Blonde base, silver highlights) She was booked for 12pm today and when she showed up she was told "We can't do that now. Our specialist isn't available to do that until 4pm." I've tried calling and texting this company about a refund but no one will respond. The Torrance staff could not figure out how to refund my item and the store manager refused to help. Their customer service is atrocious. How can I get someone to respond??
