it was a good experience and my hair color was great. I just felt "I don't like my job" vibes from my person and that is always tough. employers seem to constantly underestimate the value of a happy, well treated employee. customers notice!

I'm not sure what happened today, but they totally forgot about me! I sat with color in my hair for an hour before I finally asked someone how much longer it needed to sit. She looked me up and told me to go to the shampoo area. My colorist was long gone, and the two ladies still working played it off, but I could tell there was some weird miscommunication and I was gonna sit there till I said something. Sydney did a great job and very quick and she was very nice. I love that I can dry my own hair with all the product choices and I love how the color looks.

This is definitely my new go to place for color. I'm in and out quick, I cannot stand sitting in the salon for hours and I'm always happy with my results. This place is very affordable as well compared to what some salons charge nowadays. The lovely lady with the dreadlocks (sorry im bad with names) has done my hair color twice and she is very talented.
