18th visit - Shawnee was my colorist and a friend checked in and sat right next to me. So nice to see friends enjoying Madison Reed as I am. CORPORATE - Wash basin by the wall still has a clogged drain. Please please please fix it. This location is very busy and all wash basins should be fully operational. 17th time here - Liz was my colorist and Mary Jo rinsed out my color. Awesome service. CORPORATE - Wash basin by the wall still has a clogged drain. This is the second week I have reported this. CORPORATE - Music playlist needs to be updated. Catchy tunes but Cher, Donna Summer, Frank Sinatra? Really. In this day and age, you should be able to digitally provide more current music. Ok, bye.

UNDER NEW MANAGMENT! This salon is lovely, clean, and has a wonderful staff. I can tell they have been working on keepin the salon in top notch condition but also their customer service has been beyond exceptional. I have been coming here for years and have noticed a huge shift since the new manager came in. Keep it up madison reed.

15th time here. Had great experience. Shawneshia was my colorist. Even though there were others waiting, she took me as soon as she was available. We had good conversation, she has a great firm pressure when washing my hair. CORPORATE - please fix the hair washing sink next to the wall. It is not functioning. See you next week, ladies. Ok, bye.

Color application was fine but when processing is over and I'm patiently waiting and when others are called for the rinse when I know they arrived after me is not fair. I had to go look for my colorist. Please don't forget your clients. Ok, bye.

8th visit today. As I arrived, Hannah asked for my name and checked me in before I could use the lobby screen and the app. She directed me to an empty chair, confirming the color and service. I notice two empty chairs with the protective jackets rolled up and ready for clients. Hannah applied my color and asked if I had any plans this evening. What a lovely conversation!!
