My hair was a brassy mess prior to the appointment. I had accidentally bleached my hair after applying hydrogen peroxide to a head wound. An (unnamed) hair salon did a foil treatment with dark brown dye earlier this week. Afterwards, I looked like I was wearing a dark brown wig - in a color that has never been on my head. Since the Torrance location opened I prefer instead of coloring myself (using this excellent brand products for several years) setting regular appointments .Every-time I was working with different Stylists and all are very good and friendly. I keep returning to be pampered with my hair.However I was recently very pleased with Shawnee as she performed blond color match and highlights . Highly recommend the Torrance Salon.

Consistently exceptional service, hair color, blow dry, and coffee by Crystal I go every two weeks to cover my roots, gloss, and blow dry. Very reasonably priced and Crystal is fast and extremely talented! Every time, I enjoy the outcome of my hair color and blow dry. Crystal is friendly, professional, smart, and skilled! I am so lucky to have the best doing my hair!!!

Just completed my all over color & blowout by Shawny and loved the experience. Shawny was very gracious, thorough, and explained which shades would compliment me. I ended up purchasing product & signing up for the membership. I used discount code NEWCLIENT20 for 20% off my first visit. (Only giving 4 stars because it is expensive-the color was incredible). Liz gave me an all over color and caramel highlights. She was confident in her plan for my hair, super sweet, professional and efficient - meaning she didn't dilly dally or talk and talk and talk like some do. Also, she did the highlights and all over color at the same time. That made me very happy as I can't stand to spend 3 hours in a salon. She had me out of there in 2 hours! it was a good experience and my hair color was great. I just felt "I don't like my job" vibes from my person and that is always tough. employers seem to constantly underestimate the value of a happy, well treated employee. customers notice!

I'm not sure what happened today, but they totally forgot about me! I sat with color in my hair for an hour before I finally asked someone how much longer it needed to sit. She looked me up and told me to go to the shampoo area. My colorist was long gone, and the two ladies still working played it off, but I could tell there was some weird miscommunication and I was gonna sit there till I said something.
