While Madison Reed makes it easy to keep my hair shiny and bright, I'll share the real reason I keep coming back. I was seated with my hair processing and across the way a woman started to get very fussy. She was complaining and unhappy. Her stylist, Patrick heard her comments and educated her on a few facts, then began working with her hair. This woman left the salon beaming! I went in for full head highlights. Was helped by Seannah. She was amazing. Super friendly. Communicated every single step she was taking. I have curly thick hair so it is hard to find someone who makes me feel like they know how to handle my hair. I also got a blow out and Alexus helped me out with that. Did an amazing job!

I really love my hair color... but as a busy professional I don't love that they here at Torrance location, are always 15-25 min behind in starting my color. I need to be in and out in 1.5 hrs, not 2 or longer. But the shade is spot on. The shampoo people are in the back and can't always see when a person needs a check in or out. Very nice.. I think they get scheduled a bit tight? Bc they are not slow when they get to me. Very nice stylists.

The staff is very friendly and thought my hair color and blowout turned out excellent. My only complaint was that my neck hurt from the hair wash sink. Lying on the metal lip of the sink was uncomfortable after five minutes. Other than that, I will definitely come back.

Leaving the salon I truly felt like a new woman today. Couldn't say enough amazing things about the women that work there. Really amazing and caring staff and very attentive to your needs. Very wonderfully trained professionals at the salon and they truly take care with your hair Being a single mom of a special-needs daughter, I never have time for myself, these women made me feel young and beautiful again. My friend recommended this place and sent me a discount code. I was hesitant because I thought they only did home hair dye and wouldn't be able to do highlights. I was pleasantly surprised with the results. It was just what I was looking for. They maintain a strict timeframe and don't do hair cuts, but the color came out great and I will definitely go back. Amazing experience and results! I ran into a snafu when I arrived for my appointment. The stylist that was supposed to serve me was deep into an appointment that was going to take much longer (double booked?). I asked when I should come back, and they said they would check with their manager, and then someone else ended up servicing me with not much delay overall. Phew! I'm not one to leave reviews but do appreciate those who do. With that, I felt it was time. I had my first visit to Madison Reed yesterday. Original appt was for the Long Beach location but it was auto-cancelled at 10pm Monday night. Wasn't pleased with that and almost decided MR wasn't for me. Called customer service and they were extremely helpful getting me a same day appt in Torrance. I arrived to a nice greeting and a short wait till I was in my chair.
