Not the kindest staff. I came in asking questions about their concept and prices etc, They ignored me for a while until I just assertively asked my questions. It's mostly a place for brunette's I feel. It seems they would have a difficult time coloring for a light blonde. It only lightens up 2 shades. Prices expensive also. They have a membership option but not a fit for me

My friend introduced me to MR. I'm so happy I listened to her. Ok so the hair colorists listen to you and are great. Their hair color is free of all the bad stuff. If you're unhappy with your color they will work with you on figuring out the color you want and like. My color needed to be tweaked for my follow up They offer you water, coffee tea. I tried Madison Reed after trying unsuccessfully to go brunette at home and having patchy, uneven results that looked muddy. I decided I needed a professional. I was very happy with the warm brunette we chose and the coverage is great and it is warm and very natural. I also had hand painted baylayage and they did a very nice job achieving the subtle warm caramel tone I wanted. The colorist was very nice and I appreciated the hot tea they offered. ***READ FOR REASONABLE AND HONEST REVIEW*** This place is great for SUBTLE touch ups on highlights and balayage. NOT FOR BLEACHING BLONDE. If you want a subtle touch up done well, you will get that here. If you're trying to bleach your hair drastically - they do not do that and their products are natural so there is no ammonia so they're not strong enough to bleach drastically. I loved the color, the gloss and the blowdry that I received but the best part was the awesome service and expertise from both the stylist. The consultation was thorough and insightful. The color was done to perfection and done with I was thrilled with the excellent service and the great value that comes with the becoming a member. Really lovely.

I have been coming to the Brentwood location for a couple of years. The color is high quality as is the service. The hair stylist who cuts my hair in Beverly Hills was very impressed with the color and highlights. Having been relocated from my home after the Pacific Palisades fires, I was so touched by the Madison Reed offer of free shampoos for fire evacuees.
