I tried Madison Reed after trying unsuccessfully to go brunette at home and having patchy, uneven results that looked muddy. I decided I needed a professional. I was very happy with the warm brunette we chose and the coverage is great and it is warm and very natural. ***READ FOR REASONABLE AND HONEST REVIEW*** This place is great for SUBTLE touch ups on highlights and balayage. NOT FOR BLEACHING BLONDE. If you want a subtle touch up done well, you will get that here. If you're trying to bleach your hair drastically - they do not do that and their products are natural so there is no ammonia so they're not strong enough to bleach drastically. I loved the color, the gloss and the blowdry that I received but the best part was the awesome service and expertise from both the stylist. The consultation was thorough and insightful. The color was done to perfection and done with I was thrilled with the excellent service and the great value that comes with the becoming a member. Really lovely.

I have been coming to the Brentwood location for a couple of years. The color is high quality as is the service. The hair stylist who cuts my hair in Beverly Hills was very impressed with the color and highlights. Having been relocated from my home after the Pacific Palisades fires, I was so touched by the Madison Reed offer of free shampoos for fire evacuees. I had been going to a salon to get my hair colored for 35 years. The pandemic hit and I was panicked about getting my hair done. Saw Madison- Reed advertising on FB and ordered the product. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY HAIR COLOR! I order from them allll the time now. My hair color is the best it has ever looked. I cannot thank Madison- Reed enough for their wonderful product.
