My hair looks so much better. I didn't realize how brassy it had become, and was doubtful when the stylist recommended a darker shade. I got the gloss also and it blends so nicely and covered dark roots and gray. I'll definitely go back. On the down side, when the other stylist rang me up there was a glitch and it didn't take my tip. I told her several times it didn't take the tip but she kept telling me not to worry about it. Today I went into the Madison Reed Hair Color Bar in Brentwood, and the entire experience was amazing from beginning to end. The team was so welcoming, and it was so lovely to be offered a cup of hot tea on a rainy day. Blair was so wonderful as she talked through the process since it was my first time at the color bar. She helped me find the right color and was so helpful in explaining to me what I could expect at the appointment. I enjoyed my first visit here. I was quickly greeted and checked in. The host offered me something to drink. The tea was delicious. My appointment was right on time. I wanted soft black hair color. It came out very natural. Not too jet black which I read can age you. The hair color does not have a lot of bad ingredients which is proven because the salon was not stinky with fumes.
