Service was great, staff friendly. However, this is the first time I've ever been disappointed in Madison Reed service or products. My hair color is not the one I selected, my hair looks dyed ( not natural) and feels like straw. My hair is normally super soft and had some curl to it, but now it won't curl and feels rough. I'm sorry I came here to cover my gray hairs.

Tate was great for my root touch up and gloss. Wish they would cut hair here. Pricing is very reasonable and worth it especially id you have stubborn grays. I would recommend getting the membership.

Love Love Love this place. The Staff is always wonderful, the color is always spot on, and you are in and out with ease. I have been going for a couple of years and have always had a great visit.

Krystal is absolutely the best. I had no issues other than the manager having the biggest attitude in the world, and the way she treats her employees is disappointing. I fell in love with my hair, I got full highlights and I have a pretty picky mom when it comes to how my hair turns out. I've been highlighting my hair for 6 years and this is the first time my mom has ever loved my hair. If you go here make sure to book Krystal!!

I went in with a mess of hair because my arm has been in a cast for 4 weeks. The ladies at MR were amazing! They took a dry, very gray mess and transformed it into a silky beautifully hair style. I cannot say enough about the quality of color care and blow dry and style. I have been to many very high end salons and this was tops! In addition the entire staff was kind and friendly and better yet, fun! A great Friday afternoon getting my hair done at MR Southlake! Thank you so much!
