My hair is course, thick, and frizzy. I have tried several other products, and it helped a little, but when I went to Madison Reed in Southlake this past visit, Chelle took one look at my hair and told me my hair was dry, and said she knew the products and what I needed. My hair has never been this smooth and shiny, plus she advised me how to maintain it when I got home. I have never had anyone make the same suggests and make it look so great!!! I am very thankful I had her for my appointment! Thank you, Chelle!

been a customer since they opened in Southlake. really love the color and the coverage with no awful chemical smells. i have highlights that still show after my grey coverage color process. i highly recommend but if I could get this message to the manager I want to share that the cleanliness has gone down hill. today, the restroom sink was very dirty, no paper towels and no hand soap. its small things like this that speak alot about your company. the colorists are very nice and friendly.

I recommend Madison Reed in Southlake for grooming and keeping up with hair care. I went here to get my roots colored a few times, and they do an incredibly thorough job. I enjoy the service here as well - the entire team is well-mannered and I've had a great service every single time I have visited this location.

awesome place. they've been doing my hair for a couple of years. I recently got a balayage and did some at home color depositing conditioner that didn't turn out so well. so I went to the hair bar in Southlake and they fixed me right up. Definitely a great place!

The color is fabulous and without all the harmful ingredients. I go to the Southlake location, which is really busy. Just be prepared to wait a little bit.
