I started out going to the Flatiron location for convenience but now I have two better reasons for going there, the product is so gentle on my very weak hair and because I found my favorite colorist Anna. Anna listens to me and brings to life what I never thought was possible with my hair.

Honestly, this is my new favorite spot for hair color. I cannot get over the transformation! It makes me so happy to know that they are co sisterly good!! Very upscale and proper treatment of customers in a calm and friendly setting!! I am so glad to have discovered them!!!

I am so happy with this company. I started going to the Flatiron salon shortly after seeing their ads. I had been having my hair colored in a salon for years but the color just didn't really suit me. From my very first Madison Reed coloring people began to compliment me on how great my hair looked. Also, I have a home in CT and their Westport salon has the same great welcoming feeling and service as the Flatiron salon.

I love this place. Not only is the hair color customized and wonderful but the people there are so nice. In this current environment, it's hard to find great people working with customers but not Madison Reed. Highly suggest this place. Oh also music is nice and not overpowering. So bring a good book and zen out while getting great hair color!

I love everything about this location & the friendly staff, but my one complaint is they need space for guest to put their things. There is not enough space for coats. inevitable I wind up balling mine up on the chairs. or worse they all get stacked on top of each other on the tree, and everyone picks through them to get to theirs. Invest in a rolling rack with hangers. In the summer you can roll them out/away! I love Madison Reed Hair Color Bar - Flatiron. It's easy, it's comfortable. They are ready for you when you get there. Little to no wait time. I wish I could remember the names, going to make a point to do that next time. The colorist all know what they are doing. The are friendly and knowledgeable. I always choose a professional blow out, which I enjoy as well as walk out feeling good. Great start to my day.

I have gotten my hair colored here a few times as well as used the at home color kit. This is a hair color bar so you are passed from person to person based on their role in the salon. I thought it has always gone well. The last time I went there was an issue with the bathroom. The salon is clean with a retail and check in area in the front. There is then an area of mirrors with chairs where coloring happens. There is a shampoo area and then hair drying area. You can select to do your own hair drying or pay for this service.

I let my hair go over Covid. I didn't my own color and let my natural highlights come in. I was in New York and I decided to go for a last minute color on a Monday. Options were limited. I decided to give Madison Reed a shot. They had availability. The colorist insisted on a color that I was sure was wrong. And it worked out amazing. The color was great. I also got a blow dry. Was very happy with the results.
