I had a very good experience today with Jacquetta. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and my color turned up exactly as I wanted it. The place is extremely clean and I felt very confortable. Will certainly return. Plus, the price is right!

I've been to this location of Madison Reed 7-8 times and I've had a fantastic experience every time. The store is spotless, the staff are friendly, and my color has turned out great every time. Pricing is also reasonable, and I love that I can do my own blow dry at the end. I'll definitely return!

I came here about a year ago and was disappointed with my color. Everyone was super nice at the salon but I asked for a dark brown shade and the colorist showed me a color that looked black. I told her that it looked darker than what I wanted and that it did look more black and she said that it looked darker in the pictures and that in person it would be brown. Wanted to update my review as my past years experience has been great. Madison reed reverted back to their original pricing (yay!) and I feel like the service has been pretty good during the pandemic. I just went in this morning for fresh coloring of roots and felt it was clean and safe. I have very dark hair (asian) and haven't had any issues with maintaining. My mom is a hairstylist in Texas and usually colors my hair. Since I haven't been able to get my hair colored, I've been using Madison Reed and love it. What I appreciated the most about my current visit is the attention to detail Chris gave. She was so helpful, took time to answer all my questions and went into detail as to why she chose a certain color for me. Great service, much appreciated the time and thoughtfulness.

I give it 3 stars for the salon experience but 4 - 5 so far for the color. For an ammonia-free color it is on par with my professional dye jobs; the coverage is great and it looks really nice. I have had many salon experiences, and this is in the bottom tier, but the color exceeds my expectations. I will update the review if it oxidizes and changes; yes it's darker, however that is to be expected. It's rich and a nice tone.
