For someone who is very picky about her hair, and wants copper all the time you cannot beat the price for a fraction of the price any where else. It's a good investment. Love the lady's vibes. Always welcoming and the blow out after the color service is the cheery on top.

I've been coming to Madison Reed for some time now so this review is long overdue. I'm a regular here, (love saying "I'm a member") coming at least 2-3 times a month due to my full head of grey that started when I was 24! I have had my hair colored several times (color and gloss) at the Madison Reed location in Long Beach. It is always a good experience. I leave with my hair looking nice. The staff are professional and the environment is clean and welcoming. The products are great. My colorist Joanna is exceptional. Highly recommend.

I came in as a first time customer for roots, gloss, blow dry. The girl who did my roots was sweet, and gave me a detailed consult and her work seemed meticulous. I could tell she was doing a thorough job. It wasn't a quick slap in on, let's go onto the next client. I had the same positive experience with the other girl who washed it out. She took her time in doing it right. Very nice hair stylists and offered me something to drink which was nice of them. They talk you through what your hair looks like and how they would match your inspo. I asked for balayage but ended up with highlights, I still love the way it came out!
