I have been an unlimited roots pro plus member for over a year. I love the flexibility the nationwide network of salons offer. This location always packed and in lovely location. The staff is friendly and proficient. I know the salon recently went through a management change and I believe the customer service is even better than before. Shout out to all the colorists here for working their booties off and still having a smile and pep in their step.

I had my first visit for root touch up. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. I signed up for the membership, which I think is a good saving deal. I most definitely recommend Madison Reed in Long Beach.

Hey Now! What can i say?? This monthly coloring membership is so worth the $80-90!! That covers as many follow up root appointments as you need for that month! If you're looking for a color change or roots to ends coloring it's just a few $ more for that appt. And Abba, Bria, Jasmine, Joanna, Marilyn and EVERYONE of the other colorists are amazing!
