My colorist was great But I will not go back because I thought they were cheap and sneaky - they do not accept cash but charge 4% extra charge for using a credit card - jusT raise your prices by 4% and I WOULD NOT BE OFFENDED

Do NOT GET Your HAIR colored here! Be very careful if you need a single process hair color of the roots. I wanted to get a touch up of my light brown roots. I came in needing some coverage of my grey and the lady who put the color on used two Tubs of Color. I questioned her about this and she said I have a lot of hair,By the way no Stylist has ever used two tubs of color on me.-by the way I've gotten my hair colored in NY,Miami,La, Boston . If I could give madison reed products a zero I would. Did not cover any gray. Absolutely horrible product. Even the quick dry towel was bad. No gray coverage except some horrible orange color in some spots. Don't waste your money on garbage

well, the lady who did my hair color was ok but their was this other guy who was working with his client just besides me , which occupies almost all the space between mine & his plaxe of work. He place the hair dryer on the table infront of my face while it was on soninjave to take it away . Also, the space where clients choose to dry their hair for various reason was not clean. The stuff from the former client was still lying around & i have to inform the lady who washed my hair to clean it up.

This location and the stylists are phenomenal. However the fact that all over color and that cost me $100 when I pay 65 a month for membership is going to get me to cancel my membership.

The place is definitely a well-oiled machine and they get people in and out. The experience itself was fine but I HATE my color. I'm Asian so I guess they think my hair is just black and that's what they gave me. I was surprised that no one asked if I even liked the color after it was done? I won't be going back.

They did the highlight process, it started to break while washing my hair. They gave me a few creams and said it would get better over time. I don't think they are professional. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone for highlighting.

This used to be a wonderful value but the UES color bar has gone way down in quality. The color itself remains good but the prices have increased and the level of service has declined. There is hair all over the floor and "clean" robes, the location is short-staffed with a colorist also handling check in and checkout.
