Havent been since before pandemic, went after shopping and worst service ever. Hostess ignored us and played with menus then 5 mins later finally acknowledged us. Sat down looked at menus then realized noone had come to help us. We waited 15 mins and noone came to our table to be our waiter. Literally all children working. We got up told the hostess that noone came we have been waiting 15 mins and she looked at us like duhhh then we walked out and went to 110 across the way. Which ended up being SO worth it. Two stars for excellent service. The food not so much. My dinner mates food was cold on the inside and she sent it back. Since it would take a while for her to get it back, she decided to just munch on the appetizers we got instead. They didn't charge her for it. I got the salmon which was OK but it seemed a little mushy. Eh.

Bartender seemed extremely high. Ordered two drinks. After 10 minutes we received one drink then the bartender took our order THEN made the second standard drink after looking up how to make it (cosmo). Received it 10 more minutes later. Food was eh......then couldn't get the bill. Grrrr
Maggy mcflys aka Maggy Mcdive. It's an overpriced dive bar in my opinion. I've given it 5 chances, each time I've been more and more disappointed. The last three times it seems like they have a resident barfly (dude looks like a knockoff version of Kevin Federline meets My Chemical Romances black parade) which the whole staff flocks around, things like this only happen when a person has something to give the staff . The food was pretty unremarkable. This menu is Way Too Big! The easiest way to have nothing spectacular on the menu is to have it buried in a huge menu full so even if anything on the menu is seasoned properly or made fresh it will be like finding a needle in a haystack. With this size of a menu it would be a miracle if anything is brought in fresh or made to order. First time visiting. Our waiter was very nice. The atmosphere was decent but the food was just ok. Also the silverware was extremely dirty. I wasn't wowed by anything. The menu is pretty big so you're bound to find something to eat, options weren't the problem the value and flavor of the food is. This place was extremely rude to my friends and me, making us wait 20+ minutes to serve some of us and deny others. The bartender was less than polite. I'm very disappointed because Ive dined there many times and had better experiences, but I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Have been to the Albany location quite a few times while shopping at the mall. Food is mediocre, always sit for 10+ minutes waiting for a server to come to the table. After tonight I will never return. We waited close to an hour for four lite fares. There was hair in one of the parties dinner and the manager took the plate away with no apologies, almost as though it was a regular occurrence and she was used to it.
