I ordered for takeout today 8/10 and ordered the Pulled Pork tacos with no Salsa verde. When I got home the food was cold and on the tacos was salsa verde. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Chicken parm was horrifically bad. Please do yourself a favor and do not order it--menu is really hit or miss.

I ordered food for four people on GrubHub....170 later. Besides being 38 minutes late... The shepherds pie instead of having ground beef has cut up hamburgers that have been already cooked. There is no flavor to it. Other than the charbroiled broken up hamburgers. The base of the Ramen soup is a French onion soup type. It is not a true Ramen. the pot roast was in a very strong flavored gravy that also tasted like the base to everything else. The egg rolls consisted of four different flavors. Got seated. Luckily got drink order and app in. Then got ignored - after 30 minutes no one ever came back to take our order, check in or even give us our check (I had to ask for the check). Never headed back!

I was fooled at first: The place looks super cute but DO NOT go if your not white. People were rude probably racist now that I think about it. The waiter continuously forgot to bring something. Never checked on us when food was dropped off. Never asked for a refill, one drink for 3 unnecessary hours. Never came to pick up the check. I ask another waiter for help and rudely said" wait for your waiter." Lucky I had cash & we left. 2 of us arrived there about 5:45 pm 1/28/23, only to be told it was a 20-30 minute wait for the upstairs, it I were asked to do the stair I would but I'm semi disabled , they said they were seating all customers because the lower level had reserved tables for parties ... I feel discriminated against .

I have been to this restaurant before and always good. that was not the case today. fish and chips ordered and they were not crisp but kind of soggy, but that wasn't the worst, there was a large hair coming out of the fish. I didnot notice this until halfway through! the manager never came over, no one apologized but it really sickened me. They did not charge for it but that was not enough for me. I would not recommend this place again and I would beware if eating here!

My wife picked up our order to go. The prices were ridiculous and the portions were small. We used to like Maggie McFly's, but that's it....we're done.

Another bad experience with Maggie's. Ordered a pretzel with extra sauce and extra salt. No extra anything but was charged for it. Also ordered tex mex rolls. Didn't come with sauce SMH. Top it off, everything was cold!! Called manager of Maggie's and customer service for grub hub. No f-ing accountability. I had time to call because I'm currently re cooking my cold dinner.... glad I spent fifty bucks for this *h*t. Good job everyone u ruined my night again
