Absolutely disgusting all the way around my daughter and I ordered the Wagyu Burger and the Burger came out like it was in the microwave. The Bread was stale it was just the most disgusting piece of meat I ever has once I took the stale bread off I couldn't even break the Meat with a fork. It was ordered medium. The appetiser was the spinach dip which came with stale chips and the garlic bread was hamburger buns cut into strips. If I could leave 0 stars for this review I would. I just walked out of the middlebury location with my wife after waiting 20 mins for a table because the hostess gave our table to two people who just walked in. When we asked about why she just gave them our table she said they had a reservation. I guess she didn't realize that we heard the two customers ask for a table for two and didn't mention they had reservations. Worst experience ever. Called in advance for dinner for 8. All parties arrived separately, gave the name for the table and they seated us at two separate tables, not even on the same floor. What's the point of giving the name for a reservation if they don't even seat you together? Took almost an hour of everyone sitting there before we realized the rest of the party should have been there at this point. A cockroach ran across our table. Didn't offer to move us after we told them the first time. Had to wave them in the kitchen once we realized our new table guest hung around for us to grab a photo. Didn't give us a discount or anything after knowing we didn't eat our food afterwards.

This is the first time I have ever written a bad review for any restaurant in my life. The bartender had ZERO personality. It took her 20 minutes to take our drink order (there were 8 people at the bar) It took another 10 minutes to take our food order. No SMILE, no PERSONALITY!! Ordered water and 10 minutes later got water. Barely ate my dinner and asked for it to be wrapped. I am a frequent patron of Maggie Mcflys and at numerous locations throughout CT. This particular visit was of my typical experiences at Maggie's with good service, good atmosphere and great food. However, when it came time to pay the bill at the end of the evening my waitress Natalie came to the table to get the check and my credit card to pay the bill. I ordered for takeout today 8/10 and ordered the Pulled Pork tacos with no Salsa verde. When I got home the food was cold and on the tacos was salsa verde. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Chicken parm was horrifically bad. Please do yourself a favor and do not order it--menu is really hit or miss.

I ordered food for four people on GrubHub....170 later. Besides being 38 minutes late... The shepherds pie instead of having ground beef has cut up hamburgers that have been already cooked. There is no flavor to it. Other than the charbroiled broken up hamburgers. The base of the Ramen soup is a French onion soup type.
