Very disappointed. I use to love going here to eat and have some drinks. Unfortunately on this Friday evening, we were informed by staff that they close at 10. Every website I have came across said they are suppose to close at 12. You missed out on a party of 6, that was willing to spend a lot of money. DO BETTER!
Service was slow and the restaurant wasn't busy. Halfway through service we got a new waiter and they were just as un-attentive as the first waiter. The manager ended up taking our order. I would not go back.
Place is beautiful. We were excited to try it. We were eating our appetizers and all of a sudden someone in my party screamed. A palmetto bug (giant roach) flew past her head hit her hand and landed on the table. Meanwhile another one of our guests saw a waitress swatting something with a broom under a table near us. Returning after 1 year. Came around 2pm. Maggie mcfly, attached to Springfield town center (mall) between 54 and La fitness. I sat at the bar with about 3 couples scattered around the bar and a party of 5 to the side. The bartender seemed pretty nice and chill but the service was a pretty bad and slow. I visited Maggie McFly's today for lunch and it was my first visit. Went with my coworkers because we always went to the same lunch spot so let's try something new. The menu is vast. So i normally LOVE Maggie's, but tonight was SO off. First off, we ordered after waiting 15 minutes for our waiter to come back and take our order. There were 4 other people besides me & my partner, & 3 waiters available. My partner is GF (gluten free) & Maggie's is known for having a GF dedicated fryer. If you follow a vegan diet. PLEASE THINK ABOUT COMING HERE A SECOND TIME. I came here at night with my family. I suggested the place because it had a few vegan options for me. Just ordered through Grub Hub. Waited a few mins before hostess came. Told her I was there to p/u my order. Did not see here again. 12 mins pass. I get noticed my order is ready. Still no hostess. I finally walk back to look for someone when I notice my order sitting there. I p/u & leave as it's warm. No utensils AND the Impossible burger I ordered was substituted w/a bean burger of some kind. SUPER DISAPPOINTING. I would have ordered something else!
My husband and I were driving thru the area and stopped here for dinner. We started by ordering two small plates - the corn cheese dip and the fried egg plant. The corn cheese dip was good but the fried egg plant came out over fried and the amount of egg plant that was fried in the first place was the thinnest sliver ever.
