We recently needed some repairs to our HVAC system, and having heard good things about Maki Heating and Air Conditioning in Auburn, we gave them a call. We purchased a heating and air conditioning unit from Home Depot, the contractor hired by them installed the units and we immediately had problems, ended up that they installed a unit for natural gas and we have propane! We had to sue to have it removed, we knew that Maki had a great reputation, so we hired them to replace our units. Moved to another home and needed HVAC help, like NOW. Kevin came out promptly on a Sunday morning, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, all for a very fair and honest price. Honest, knowledgeable and prompt. Doesn't get better.

The most trust worthy company out there. This company truly cares about their customers. I had them put in my new system. They were professional, arrived when they said they would. .They were more expensive than a competitor but not by much and I am a firm believer in you pay for what you get. They are great to work with. I highly recommend Maki.
Carl, Adam and Eric were very professional and polite as well as doing a great job installing our new Heating/AC unit, The guys were careful with my home and belongings. Great clean up and one would never know they were here other than the fact that we are no longer freezing. Would definitely recommend them.
I just had a complete AC and Heating system installed from Maki. They had a great installation price, they installed top notch Trane components, and took great care. They say they install like their own houses and that is totally true. They went above and beyond making sure the install was top notch. The techs were very friendly and efficient. I can't be happier with both their service and the system. The noise level for my AC is 5 or 6 fold quieter and puts out at least double the air. Definitely give these guys a try.
