Have to say i feel bent the F over ! 30.00 parts cost 170.00 each what prcentage is that? Love amazon, really 170 $ ! I know u have to make $ but really thats a bit greedy dont ya think? . Servace tech were awsome , dont think the the owner deserves them. Good job guy, but you should be better at checking the system diagnosis before leaving the job to make sure the system is running properly! Shoukd have call mountain air, crane or quinlan oh shit bell bros. SHAME ON YOU FOR OVER CHARGING AN OLD LADY'S CARETAKING SON.

My heater stopped working over the weekend. I called Monday morning and they were able to fit me in quickly. They were quick, helpful, courteous and professional. I would use them again!

Maki installed a new heating and air con system in our house, and they did an excellent job! Michael did a very thorough job of designing the system around our home's unusual design. Steve, CJ, Tony and others did an exceptional and thorough job of installing the system. Steve explained it all to us very well. All of the employees who worked here were professional, polite, and very enjoyable to have around. We highly recommend Maki!
My experience was overall pleasant and to be honest a little issue happened where a dent was left in my washing machine during the initial visit: these guys paid to not only have it inspected to ensure the right part was replaced but also ordered the part for me. It was of no hassle to me. They handled everything they could for me and I think that speaks volumes about them not only as a company but as people. My A/C quit working the other night. I called Maki, and Jessica scheduled a next day appointment for a technician to come out to troubleshoot. I was surprised of how quickly they were available to diagnose and fix my A/C. Especially during the peak hot summer days when A/C repair companies are busy. I called Maki heating and air for a second opinion after I had gotten a bid from another company (ROC) My upstairs air conditioning and thermostat weren't working and the previous ac company I had out said I needed a new damper motor and new thermostat. We had a wonderful experience with Maki! We were in need of a full central heating and air system and Maki made the process seamless and hassle free. The MAKI team from Sales to install are professional, knowledgeable. Our new HVAC system on our flat room including removal of old unit and install of a complete new system including electrical, gas line, ducting and working with our new roof installation. Our home is 70 years old and presented numerous problems that were all overcome - JOB will done SCOTT & JEREMIE Thanks to Michael Antisdel for providing knowledge and experience - a great sales experience.
One star for lack of a lower rating got swindled and cheated. Over priced. Refrigerant over twice the price service call over twice the price leak located 3 times the price...stay away.
