Moved to another home and needed HVAC help, like NOW. Kevin came out promptly on a Sunday morning, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, all for a very fair and honest price. Honest, knowledgeable and prompt. Doesn't get better.

Maki Heating & Air: After contacting 4-5 different heating and air companies, I ultimately went with Maki because their sales person was pleasant, they provided me with a very detailed estimate and their installers were professional and very nice. The most trust worthy company out there. This company truly cares about their customers. I had them put in my new system. They were professional, arrived when they said they would. .They were more expensive than a competitor but not by much and I am a firm believer in you pay for what you get. They are great to work with. I highly recommend Maki.

I just had a complete AC and Heating system installed from Maki. They had a great installation price, they installed top notch Trane components, and took great care. They say they install like their own houses and that is totally true. They went above and beyond making sure the install was top notch. The techs were very friendly and efficient. I can't be happier with both their service and the system. The noise level for my AC is 5 or 6 fold quieter and puts out at least double the air. Definitely give these guys a try.

I have an old heat pump at my business and it needs service about once every three years. They were as professional on the phone as they were on site. Jeff the service tech wasted no time getting me back to 100% and he even spotted a backword fan the previous tech installed. I couldn't be more happy.

Their products are reliable their after service care is not. We had a new system installed just a few months ago and have been waiting months for a damaged part to be replaced. After numerous calls on our part and numerous excuses on theirs, we are STILL WAITING. We were assured that once the rain cleared the installer would show up personally to complete the repair. Needless to say we never received a call, and no one ever showed up. I dread ever needing any work done under their warranty.

I will never use them again! The cocky serviceman who came out said a circuit board was out and would cost $900 to replace. Since you obviously have a leak it would cost you over $3,000 to fix so I advise replacing it. How much would that be I said, oh about $21,000. I said I don't plan on spending money to fix it right now and don't have $21 grand. He said well I can make the fan work. He by passed the switch and put the two wires together. I would never recommend this business. Our AC was blowing warm air. Their serviceman came out and told us we needed two new parts that were over $2,000 and were not available for 1-2 months. The suggestion was that we instead get a new unit. We got a second opinion which was that all that was needed was to use the restart switch which took care of the problem.
