The MAKI team from Sales to install are professional, knowledgeable. Our new HVAC system on our flat room including removal of old unit and install of a complete new system including electrical, gas line, ducting and working with our new roof installation. Maki heating and air installed a new 5 ton package unit at my house on Wednesday and Thursday. Steve and CJ were the installers and boy did they do a phenomenal job on the installation. I am a very picky homeowner and I couldn't be more pleased on how this went very neat and knowledgeable guys , they had to do a lot of custom work in minimal space and they nailed it to a tee . I had a very good experience having Maki upgrade the HVAC in a 15 year old house in Grass Valley. Michael did a fantastic job on the initial inspection and preparing a quote. The final price I got was good (I shopped around). And the installation went smoothly and carefully, I like their various service folks. Quite pleased with the result.
Outstanding service! Michael the estimator was very detail oriented and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all the questions that I had on the installation of a new central air system. Brad, the lead installer worked diligently and is very customer centric. Zander and Lance were very pleasant and I appreciated their customer service as well. I believe that Maki has instilled an excellent work ethic, honest, and respectable team.
I called at 12 noon on Saturday. Adam was here by 1230. He even tried to help us over the phone since we couldnt get our air conditioner to turn on. By 1257 it was working. He was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I can enjoy the rest of my weekend with cool air! Highly recommend this company.
We just bought a new home and had no idea where the furnace was and what kind of condition it was in. We really wanted to get the ducts and vents cleaned before fully moving in but had no way of figuring out if the system was in good enough shape for the cleaning before the actual, scheduled day of cleaning.
