I wished I had checked out reviews before I used this company. I had always heard that they had a good reputation, so I used them, and paid more than I should have, to install a 3 part mini-split system in my home, for about $12,000. The system was sold to me as that the units function great independently. However, when the main area of my home did not cool down, I was then told that these systems really need to work together to function well. Maki goes above and beyond in their timely response (even during crazy times/holidays/evenings) and provides excellent service! I wish more service vendors were like them. Oh and they can handle electrical issues too! Definite peace of mind when they are on the job.

Signed up under a maintenance agreement last year but when I never heard from them, I called to find out when exactly I'd be seeing them. Instead of them coming each season (every 6 months) I was strung along to wait 9 months. By that time, my nearly 20-yo unit had caught fire, burned the circuitry board, melted capacitors, wiring, and needed replacing. I live in Sun City Lincoln Hills and had the pleasure to meet John. I was nervous about a attic fan noise/vibration and he was awesome about it. He checked out everything and made me feel at ease. I sure am grateful for his professionalism. GREAT JOB

Maki is bitchen!!!!! Love their $12 a month program where they come out bi annually to do thorough check of system. Friendly, knowledgable staff is great too. Cindy is a hootU call and u get a human!!!!!! Imagine that! Grateful to have found them.The best!

MAKI Electric did a great job scoping out and installing our Generac natural gas generator earlier this year. I was so impressed with their work that I signed on to their Gold Plan for HVAC maintenance, after leaving a company where I had a 25-year history. (That company grew too large and service plummeted.) BRENT came today for our first AC service with Maki and did an outstanding job including detailed documentation. MAKIs phone interface is also excellent. MAKI, keep up the quality and don't get too large.
Worst experience ever. Lets just say that I'll never use Maki again. I called another company. They came out the nex't day and took care of the problem for about half the Maki price. They have a customer for life. Being born and raised in Auburn I get asked from time to time who I would recommed for heating and air service. It won't be Maki. And I plan on spreading the word!!
We have been using Maki for all of our HVAC needs for many years now. They are always on hand to give advice when needed and if they can't do the job they always give local recommendations. No wonder they have been voted Best of the Best for over 10 years.
