Was not greeted when I came in by anyone when I approach Mateo, it was not very welcoming. In fact during our conversation, he said he was busy doing something else at the moment when I picked up my vehicle I realize the oil changed had not been done. I called back, spoke to Mateo and advised the oil change was not done. He says he apologize. He's only human
