The service advisor Matteo was very accommodating. After I checked the car in I received a call explaining what was going on with my vehicle within hours and the advisor explained to me what was still covered under warranty and what I'd be responsible for since my warranty expired on some items which I greatly appreciated. I am also extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism I received and the time frame in which the repair was completed.
