All I needed was a door handle for a transit van. It’s a plastic door handle does not need paint just bare plastic. Got it dropped off and no contact from dealer when ready. When I called they said they didn’t have my vehicle and I told them it is there and they picked it up and gave them an exact date when it got picked up. Then they pulled the advisor in with a manager and found that the repair had been closed and I set it up to be delivered when completed. They said sorry and it would be delivered in about an hour. You need to start either taking pictures or videos to show needed repairs on vehicles. This is done at Atlanta Toyota and it should be done at your dealership too. Transparency with the customer is crucial to insure trust. I expect a video or picture at my next visit if there is any additional repairs that need to be addressed.

I think it is a scam up there when it comes to repair …Took my car there and they told me that the entire transmission assembly needs to be replaced for almost 9000 dollars and it just the drive shaft that was broken … Total scam I think for sure !
Ford tried to sell me a BCM instead of clearing the codes in the BCM that are a common issue. Ford would not clear the codes so I had it done at a different shop and avoided spending $1500
No communication between client and service dept. Worse experience I have ever had. Go elsewhere
I was not told when I made the appt it would take 24 to 48 hrs to do a diagnostic on a driver's door that would not close properly how do you do a diagnostic on a door this is a new car with less that 10 thousand miles and no rental given I have been a Ford man for 40 years this type of service will make me change brands poor at best
