Worst service dept ever. Rebuilt my transmission back in July of this year, still doing the same thing as before the rebuild. Brought it back to them said they can't find anything wrong with it!!! I'm not making it up nut i guess i will just drive it till it falls out of the car, then maybe they can see what's wrong with it....

Two times no manager or anyone in charge and did not return my call Bad attitude.

Took my 2020 ranger in for oil change. Just like many times before. They also put on that zaptech coating. This time looked like they didn't put the coating on it. I usually can tell. It will have a little overspray. I called back that day. Left my female service person a message about it. She never called me back. The next day called back. Other service person said he would have the service manager call me he never did. Don't guess you don't have time to call your customers back. Crappy job and crappy management. As of today 10/24, we are still waiting for our tag to be legal for a vehicle we purchased on 9/16. I thought we paid for this administrative service. Leaves a bad taste to an otherwise satisfactory experience.

Unfortunately my wife’s Mustang was hit in the service garage. Not a very good experience.

They didn't fix the issue with my car and could not give an explanation why

Overly expensive to work on my car employees are to busy to acknowledge customer and are to stressed

I dropped my truck off for service on Tuesday, 10/15/24 at Mall of Georgia Ford. I was having some transmission issues, service advisor Brian James called me yesterday saying the transmission needed to be replaced and it wasn't under warranty, Cason Stewart was my old advisor and this is the first time I've worked with Brian.. On 9/11/21 I brought my truck back in 3 days after purchasing it due to issues. The transmission needed to be replaced and I would be given the limited warranty for it, 3 years/unlimited miles. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR FORD HERE OR BUY FROM THEM Overall an awful experience. I would give them a 0 star if possible. We bought a 2015 F150 in 2021 from Mall of ga ford. Immediately the transmission went out and they had to replace it, this took 2 months to complete. We got it back and the engine blew. This took another month to replace. We got a 3 year warranty on both parts.. or so we were told. This month, October 2024, we noticed a shaking when driving.
