Waiting 3/4 weeks for diagnostic plus 3/4 weeks to fix my ford maverick 2022 with to many problems and no loan a car not rent car everything on my risk

Purchased a new $60,000 bronco from this dealership 2 years ago. Came in for several warranty repairs and was told by the service manager that they don’t do loaners. When I asked politely one more time, he responded with an attitude “We don’t do loaners, we don’t do loaners.” I see several review at the dealership with people saying they got a loaner. Your service department has gone downhill. I’ve asked on three separate occasions to change the cabin air filter. They always told me it’s the next time despite having a service Agreement with Ford. The most recent oil change the service advisor specifically said he checked the cabin air filter. Well, I’m here to tell you you did not because I pulled it out that touched. It was terrible. Needless to say, I’ll be back

I spoke with Sterling. Oliver explained situation where I came in in January for oil change they removed fog light in error. They need to replace for free. Sterling never called me back.

Took our 2021 Expedition in for warranty work and as told over the phone they would provide a service car since the work would take 3 days. When my wife dropped the SUVv off she was told the service department didn’t have any more cars and they would have Uber take her to a rental car company down the road. Three days later when we came back to your dealership we were told the $300 rental car bill was ours to pay. They said they drove the car and couldn’t hear anything but I took it to another dealer and they found the problem right off hand. Had to order parts for it. So NO your service was wasted time and not very nice either. So won’t be back with y’all.

My truck assessment for a transmission issue was not found in 8 days without my vehicle. No communication from them for 8 days.

Unbelievably terrible. Manager would not stop lying to me about my vehicle. The tech killed a five month old battery. They refused to take responsibility or replace the battery. This branch has major issues. I will NEVER OWN OR OPERATE A FORD AGAIN. They are running an actual scam and this should be stopped before they are sued into the ground for destroying people cars on purpose to boost their own profits.
