Slow and disrespectful they kept my car for 4 weeks and charged me for rent car

The new tires were installed but failed to properly balance the tires and the air were different in all the tires. This is ridiculous. We had not so great experience in our previous visits. I have yet to receive the copy of all the work that was done. Reminded them twice. Oil change was done but they forgot to put the sticker on. No one is taking responsibility. We won’t come there anymore. This in NOT Acceptable.

Mechanic who changed our oil forgot to put the oil cap back on. We went on vacation and the whole time oil was spewing all over engine and everything under hood. Left with one quart of oil. Surprised the car didn’t catch on fire. Have refused to give us an extension on warranty, even though it’s their fault. Cleaned all the oil under hood and that’s it. You can trust them., that’s for sure. Wouldn’t go there.

Brian Stovall is the absolute worst service advisor at mall of Georgia Ford, Buford , GA. Very rude, ready to argue and dismissive demeanor. He is more than likely running the money away at this location.
Wish I could do zero stars. ...horrible experience at this dealer. I purchased my 2021 Bronco Sport from CarMax at the beginning of April, 2024. I have been coming here for 7 years and generally have been pleased with the service. However, my last visit really pushed me to look into other local shops of which I have found one. I delayed a service to my vehicle and then later received an email from Mall of GA Ford that they would offer a discount if I came in and had it done so I scheduled it. Sterling has never contacted me back about the repaint for my truck. As well as the horrible experience of getting the recalls done. Someone should contact him about his operations.
I left my truck F150 at the Mall of Georgia Ford for an engine oil and filter change. They spilled a lot of old oil on the tray when changing the filter and never cleaned it. Very unprofessional work. They offered to change the spark plugs, and I accepted it. Then, they returned the car with the engine light on. I returned the car, and three hours later I had to call several people at the service station to find out what was happening with my truck.
