I purchased a Jeep here in October and I’m very dissatisfied with the service I have received since my purchase! I have had problems with the vehicle since I purchased and contacted the seller about the warranty I purchased. I was informed I could bring the vehicle back there since I purchased it there for a diagnostic. However, I’ve received nothing but lies from the service department with a promise to return my call on several times with nothing! I would not recommend this location!

Had my car 3 weeks for nothing not even a diagnostic was done. No rental car nothing I literally towed my car to another dealership who diagnosed and put a whole engine in in the same 3 week time!
The service dept is doing their best to accommodate us with a loaner car for the 2 1/2 months our car has been in the shop under warranty work. They have rebuilt the transmission and the power train light came back on the day after I picked it up. They are having a hard time determining the issue as well as a delay in getting the parts needed to try and repair. We have spent over $1,500 in rental cars which is very frustrating. I'm not sure if this is a fake review site or not. It's difficult for me to believe all these 5 star reviews are legitimate. We used Mall of Georgia Ford until our maintenance contract expired and said, "Never again." I'm seriously trying to think of a time where the experience was anything but onerous and a chore. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with my Ford car after having it for 3 weeks.
Dishonest and will say anything to get the sale but then not keep their word. We bought a used vehicle that they acknowledged has an issue. Told it would be fixed and then delivered but it wasn’t and we were lied to. Local dealership told us what was wrong with it, and we were assured by yalll that it would be resolved but given a runaround.

Typical sneaky dealer trying to add on nonsense charges, bought vehicle 10,300 car for 12000 out the door, tax was 750 the rest was nonsence
The salesman did not follow through and I felt I was misled by on the features of the vehicle. I will never be back to this particular Ford dealership
