Had several issues with this dealership. Every time they tried to make something right, they messed something up. They made a lot of money in my deal and the only reason they tried to make some of the things right was because they were scared of the ford review. Just know they beg for five-star reviews…it’s really sad you can’t just give your honest opinion so everyone knows the truth. Sure wished for a better transaction. This dealership was good on the first sale but then gave me a run around about a car after my car was totaled for only having it 2 weeks although Mason was a great salesman but All in all I would not recommend mall of Georgia Ford.

Have had service issues from the beginning. First I couldn’t get anyone to call me back regarding a recall. Once I finally got in for service they didn’t refill the washer fluid. I know that something silly, but makes me wonder what else they didn’t do. Would not recommend this service center.

After being pleasantly greeted, the experience went down hill. It seemed like there was a disconnect between technician and representative. I would talk with the representative, then the tech would do something different. Just a hassle. Will not be going back here. Also felt ripped off as they didn't fix the problem in the end after a huge amount of money spent.

I did most of the following up. Have the truck to the dealership for 1 week and was told no problem we'll have it ready when you get back. Took total of 9 days to get my truck done. Could not locate my keys when I went to pick up the truck. Tried charging me for work I did not ask for. Now tires that got rotated (without authorization) are cupping....

Not a very reliable and honest dealership and they lost my business. I bought a 2020 Ford Expedition a less than 2 months ago and it was a great experience. I will make sure non of family members and friends buy anything from this dealership.

My car (2018 Ford Focus SE) needed the engine replaced (This was the 2nd time being replaced under 4yrs) , they forgot to put the cover back on my engine, also the lid for windshield washer fluid, but when the car was returned to me there was pollen everywhere inside my car (I never leave my windows down) and the gas tank was exactly where I left it on a qt of the tank, milage was the same as well. Poorly organized. I blame management the most, but i didn't get top flight customer service and I had to return for the mechanics to fix an electrical switch they must have left unhooked.
