The follow up on a simple tire replacement has been completely ignored, lost complete communication with our agent. When I call back, I have to start all over again with my needs and this las time it felt that I was bothering the young lady in the front desk. Contemplating going to another dealership even if it's further away.
I was charged $600 for water leak and middle break light replacement in ceiling. Once I took it home it rained several days later and leaked again in ceiling. I brought it back and was told it would cost $1,600 for rear window replacement. I advised I could not lt that much. I then took my vehicle to advanced auto and bought $6.00 silicone and beaded the middle break light. It rained several days later and NO LEAK!! I fixed it for $6 dollars. Shame on your dealership. So much money and time spent to only fix it myself.
Sat on hold for 31 minutes only to have to hang up b/c I could no longer wait. I just wanted to know when I could pick up my truck. Work was done just fine.
Sold me on a demo truck and told me the new truck and that promise and never make
The service provider’s try to get out of filling recalls and have refuses to pick up my call’s.
Worst customer service at a Ford service center. 1 star is way to much credit. A negative rating would be accurate. I feel like such a fool for wasting my time and giving the Mall of Ga Ford Service Center multiple attempts in hopes of improvement. It’s only gotten worse. Go to the Ford dealership in Cumming is my advice to everyone. Mall of Ga Ford should meet with management at Billy Howell to implement a plan to better customer service. Billy Howell Ford Service Center is a 5 star!
I would not recommend to anyone. I have had issues with the truck I bought from you since day one. I was told and assured the the previous owner was a non smoker. That was a lie. Within two days of having my truck the smell of smoke was almost nauseating. There we parts on the truck that needed to be fixed. Never were addressed. Dropped my car off to have the fog light done. I was calling calling and calling. Nobody could take my call and tell me whether they had it in stock and whether someone can do it when I got there they couldn’t do it because they had to take my tire off and they wanted to charge me $500 for a fog light.
