Costumer services was unprofessional, I have appointment at 9 am for oil change and they finish at 11.30 They messed up the lug nuts and they asked me to pay for.
I took my car in for a complete oil change and this is the second time the check sheet said they checked my tire pressure and I have photo evidence that they didn’t. I had 3 over inflated tires and one under inflated tire and I was hoping they would all be adjusted to 32. They were the same after the service. It made me wonder what else was checked that wasn’t performed.
They have done us so wrong for so long keeping my work truck for four months that they have basically put us out of business and bankrupted this both my wife and I have had to file bankruptcy because of this egregious error on the part of the entire staff of mall of Georgia, Ford, and Ford itself we’ve never been reimbursed for the rental car even though they had our vehicle for four months The whole thing is ridiculous. Service person was terrible, wasn’t caring or attentive; it was overall not a great experience
I leased a 2020 Ford Escape in November of 2019. The lease was scheduled to end on February 27, 2023. I first contacted Mall of Georgia Ford in January 2023 to see what my options were. They added surcharges even when Ford asked them not to - $5,000 over MSRP. Then slipped in an extended warranty in the closing docs without telling me. A warranty that I can't even use because it excludes professional use of the vehicle. Shady and unethical dealership.
I’ve never heard of Jordan Lee ? The Sales Representative and MOGF were NOT supportive or informative throughout the one year wait for my Maverick Truck. Your Sales Rep had no knowledge of the requirement for MY22 to MY23 order re-entry. I had to call and explain the one week window for order changeover. . I went there because I had a brake issue, pedal going to the floor. I asked them to check the master cylinder, replace the rear drum brakes and change all the old brake fluid. They called me to tell me that my rear brakes were fine and that I needed anew ABS pump and the cost would be $2000. I told them to go ahead even though I thought that was an outrageous amount. but it was no longer produced and I should come and pick up my truck. Keeping the customer informed while being serviced is non existent. I had to get Ford Corporation involved to even get a loaner. Very sressful!!
